Official Line-Up Unveiled For T In The Park 2009

The line-up for this year's T in the Park festival has been unveiled.

Franz Ferdinand, Lily Allen, Manic Street Preachers, Bloc Party and the Ting Tings are among the new additions to this year's T in the Park festival line-up, due to be held at Balado, Kinross, from 10th to 12th July.

They will join previously announced headliners Blur, Kings of Leon and The Killers.

Other newly confirmed acts for the event include Keane, James, Paulo Nutini, The Script, Mogwai and Simian Mobile Disco. Many more acts are still to be confirmed.

45,000 tickets have already been sold for the event so far, with a further 40,000 tickets due to go on sale at 9.00am this Friday, 27th February.
